Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Ireland, is seeking a dynamic
HR Leader (Senior Manager)
to join their senior team. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with managers at all levels, locally and globally, providing expert guidance across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. You will shape and deliver the people strategy that drives growth, engagement, and performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities
 * Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop and implement HR strategies that foster innovation, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
 * Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
 * Build leadership capability through coaching, development programmes, and a strong culture of accountability.
 * Drive continuous improvement through workforce planning, people metrics, and talent initiatives.
 * Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of local and global projects.
 * Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records, maintaining full compliance with employment law and data protection.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to managers and a key contact for employee relations and engagement.
 * Represent the company externally in matters such as graduate recruitment and employment relations.
About You?
 * Degree in HR or related field (postgraduate preferred).
 * 10+ years' HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
 * Strong knowledge of Irish and EU employment law.
 * Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organisations and influencing at all levels.
 * Collaborative, commercially minded, and solutions-focused.
