INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Site Manager Project Commercial Build & fit Job Location Westmeath Salary €65,000 - €75,000 + package About the Company My client is seeking a strong Site Manager to join their team on a new project out in Westmeath. The job runs until the end of this year but more work to follow in Midlands area. This is a permanent position as a result of a full order book well in to next year. Applicants must be comfortable with next locations being Midlands / Leinster wide. Ideally want someone to come in who is confident on site, can manage the various trades and motivate staff boots on the ground attitude. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction across a range of sectors including schools, HSE, office space and commercial. The Role Coordination and supervision of the fit out of commercial projects new build & fit out Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team. Report into and support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors. Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget. Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget. Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
