The Role:
1. Work with business users to build a clear understanding of current processes, priorities, and challenges, helping to shape the direction of project work.
2. Map stakeholders, assess impacts, and ensure effective communication across all parties.
3. Contribute to identifying project risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation approaches.
4. Take part in discovery and requirement-gathering workshops, highlighting gaps, dependencies, and practical options for addressing them.
5. Produce high-quality documentation- such as user stories, process diagrams, and requirement specifications- using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, MS Visio, and others.
6. Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure business needs are fully captured and correctly interpreted in solution design.
7. Review test scenarios, assist QA teams during test cycles, and support clients through UAT activities.
8. Develop supporting materials including guidance documents, process flows, and operational references.
9. Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce operational friction, and elevate customer experience.
The Person:
10. Hands-on nCino experience, ideally within a banking or financial services environment, is essential.
11. Solid experience working across the lending life-cycle- from origination to servicing, collateral management, and arrears handling.
12. Understanding of both retail lending products (., mortgages, personal loans, vehicle finance, credit cards) and business banking products (., overdrafts, working capital finance, trade products).
13. Strong background in business analysis, including workshop facilitation, process modelling, and requirement definition.
14. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
15. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and manage differing stakeholder expectations.
16. A technical appreciation that enables effective interaction with IT and architecture teams.
17. Ideally you will have previous exposure to major banking systems such as FinnOne Neo, Finacle, Flexcube, T24, or TCS BaNCS.
