What You Will Do
This role is tasked with developing, shaping and executing RGM strategies across pricing, promotions, mix, pack architecture, and trade terms to drive sustainable, profitable growth across key Health & Beauty categories.
Key Responsibilities
* Devise, shape and deploy RGM strategy for Kenvue Ireland.
* Develop and deliver insight‑led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment and trade investment.
* Convert and combine various data sources to deliver clear actionable insights across health & beauty categories.
* Analyse market, customer and brand performance data to identify risks and opportunities and support recommendations to drive action plans.
* Monitor category and channel trends to identify growth opportunities and support the development of long‑term RGM strategies.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to drive cross‑functional growth agenda.
* Proactively network and collaborate with Regional & RGM functions to support the adaptation of best practices, analytics, tools and systems.
What We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience, ideally within FMCG, in a business‑oriented finance or commercial support function including RGM responsibilities.
* Strong technical and functional knowledge.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Microsoft Office, strong database management skills, SAP & Power BI experience is an advantage.
* Very strong analytical skills: exploration and visualization, statistical knowledge; ability to analyse complex financial problems and generate value‑adding insights.
* Problem‑solving approach and critical thinking with high attention to detail and openness to experiment with new approaches and tools.
* Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, strong networking and teamwork skills.
