As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a high-performing sales team that uses strong selling skills to understand clients' needs and deliver measurable solutions that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
* To lead, motivate, and develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team.
* To achieve ambitious revenue targets while growing engagement and satisfaction among clients in a portfolio of small businesses within an assigned market.
* To analyze data, trends, and client performance with the sales team to develop strategic plans for clients while tracking activity and providing detailed analysis on a weekly basis, driving consistent CRM tracking.
* To coach sales behaviors including effective questioning, objection handling, and selling techniques.
