We seek a dynamic professional services expert who enjoys crafting and positioning offerings to meet customer needs. As a motivated self-starter, this individual will educate clients about our vision and partner with internal teams to lead strategy and sales of professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with account executives and sales engineering teams to position consulting services effectively.
* Map customer business objectives and use cases to implementation packages seamlessly.
* Drive functional and technical discovery to create Statements of Work and change orders efficiently.
* Present implementation, optimization, and managed services recommendations professionally.
* Collaborate with partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
* 4+ years selling/scoping/positioning professional services packages successfully.
* 7+ years in a Professional Services or consulting organization.
* Experience in scoping, sizing, and negotiating structured SOW's is highly desirable.
This role requires strong ability to interface at a senior level with ease, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills. Experience with various architectures and methodologies is also essential.
