MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Our client, an innovative manufacturer and automation specialist, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Dublin. They support a wide range of industries by designing, building, and maintaining high-performance production environments. With significant investment in technology and an expanding operations team, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to play a key role in ensuring plant reliability and efficiency. THE ROLE: The Dublin-based Maintenance Technician will be responsible for: Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on automated equipment and systems. Diagnosing and repairing faults on conveyors, control panels, motors, and PLC-driven systems. Leading troubleshooting efforts and supporting less experienced technicians on complex issues. Liaising with production teams to ensure downtime is minimised and operations run smoothly. Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site. THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Hold a qualified trade background or degree qualified, electricians, mechanical fitter, mamf, mechanical, electrcial, mechatronics engineer. Have 3+ years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing, automation, or industrial environment. Are confident working with PLC-controlled systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs. Possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills to act as the go-to technician on shift. Are safety-conscious and proactive in driving best practice across maintenance routines.
