Role Description
We are looking for a friendly, social, and personable Customer Care Specialist to join our close-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building real relationships with customers and takes pride in being organised and helpful. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience with Paperpunch is seamless from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Process sales orders received via email, phone, and our online website.
Check that pricing is correct and products are in stock before confirming orders.
Keep customers updated on their order status and manage backorders if an item is delayed.
Get to know our customers and proactively help them with their office needs.
Manage incoming enquiries via our Webchat and keep customers informed about our latest promotions.
What You Will Bring
At least 2 years in a customer service role.
Fluent English is a must (both spoken and written).
Excellent abilities in customer satisfaction and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and clear communication with a friendly demeanor.
You are naturally personable, chatty, and enjoy interacting with people every day.
Good attention to detail and a can-do attitude to help the team when needed.
Familiarity with office supplies, furniture, or related industry is a plus
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is beneficial
What We Offer
€35k – €40k depending on your experience.
