Job Title: Group Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and hands-on approach to oversee and unify the marketing efforts across a collection of hospitality venues.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading event planning and execution, collaborating closely with operations teams, managing digital channels, maintaining brand identity and tone of voice, building strategic partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and leading a small in-house marketing team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, events, or related sectors.
* A proven track record in creating, marketing, and managing events that attract public audiences.
* A deep understanding of how hospitality brands engage with customers.
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, brief others effectively, and present ideas to stakeholders.
* A working knowledge of digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms, and basic website content management systems.
