About the Role
We are seeking a Day Support Facilitator to work with individuals who have an intellectual disability, ensuring they lead fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with individuals in our care to create personalized support plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote independence, social skills, and community integration for each individual.
