Pediatric Home Care Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide personalized support and develop tailored care plans that meet the unique requirements of each child.
Key responsibilities:
* To assess, plan, implement, evaluate and review individualized patient care for infants/children with chronic illness/disability requiring continuous skilled nursing interventions at home.
