Job Description
This role is focused on driving the commercial strategy and successful execution of leading self-care brands, across both pharmacy and grocery channels.
As a key member of our Cluster Commercial Strategy team, you will work closely with our Irish Commercial Team based in Dublin to develop and deploy commercial plans that enable growth for Perrigo and our customers.
You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and setting priorities and objectives with Sales to drive commercial success.
Additionally, you will partner with Marketing to develop and deploy commercial plans, support the monthly business cycle, and contribute to innovation pipeline development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, sales fundamentals, consumer trends, and financial performance to proactively uncover insights and patterns.
* Commercial and category success: Play a key role in driving sales fundamentals, identifying opportunities, and setting priorities and objectives with Sales to enable growth for Perrigo and our customers.
* Annual plan deployment: Partner with Marketing to develop and deploy commercial plans with both our Sales team and Customers.
* Monthly business cycle: Support the monthly cycle, from assisting Sales and Supply on sales forecasting to preparing and presenting at monthly Strategy Review meetings with our Regional VP.
Requirements:

* University degree or equivalent.
* 2+ years of experience in a sales or strategy role, preferably within the consumer healthcare, FMCG, or retail industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in growing sales, P&L management, category management, generating insights & actions with data, and strategic planning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to use other data analysis tools (Nielsen, IQVIA, etc.).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams.
