Responsibilities
* Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Partner with high‑quality contract professionals across various sectors.
* Manage the contract recruitment cycle from engagement with both candidate and client.
* Work effectively to ensure a high‑performance culture and engage in continuous improvement activities.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and market insights to provide expert guidance to clients and candidates.
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and market mapping.
* Collaborate on research, marketing and business development initiatives with colleagues.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Contract Recruitment or Technical Recruitment (desirable).
* Motivated by KPI’s and personal goals.
* Prior experience in a demanding customer‑centric organisation.
* Commercial mindset and confidence in negotiating with clients and candidates.
* Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where necessary.
* Proven ability to prioritise and work accurately to tight deadlines.
* Customer‑centric approach to problem solving.
