The Sales Operations role involves: Sales Strategy and Process Business partner to the Area Sales VP, driving the business, challenging decisions and thought leader on how to deliver non-linear growth.
Lead, define, and continuously improve sales specific reporting strategies and processes, and develop the associated sales reports and dashboards necessary for executive business review meetings (QBRs etc.) Sales Effectiveness Develop and implement sales operations strategies to increase efficiency and drive sales growth.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, make recommendations, and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
Sales Productivity Establish a management framework utilizing forecast, pipeline, win/loss and other sales analytics KPI's to review, monitor, and develop specific course correction actions to improve forecast predictability, long term pipeline visibility
