Site Manager (Housing): Site Manager required for a Top Residential Developer to work on a housing project in North County Dublin with at least a 2-year duration and is just starting. If you are looking to join a company that has long term work in this area this may be the role for you. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with housing development experience in either Ireland or the UK. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +) Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Good at leading a team Excellent attention to detail Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
