We're working with a well-established insurance organisation seeking an experienced Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of complex claims, reporting to the Head of Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end claims handling, including analysis, reserving, and reporting
* Engage with internal teams across underwriting, finance, and actuarial
* Communicate with clients and review submitted loss information
* Conduct claims data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies
Key Skills:
* 10+ years' experience in insurance claims handling
* Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and claims systems advantageous
* Knowledge of insurance processes and regulatory standards
* Fluent English; other languages a bonus
