Cybersecurity GRC Lead

Our client, a leading Irish transportation company based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC Lead to join their growing cybersecurity team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of robust cybersecurity policies and processes across the organization and with suppliers. You will manage reporting processes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the business remains secure and compliant.

* Manage and improve the measurement and reporting of cybersecurity performance.
* Establish key security metrics for internal teams and external vendors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies and compliance requirements are met.
* Create and update cybersecurity policies as needed.
* Lead risk assessments and internal/external security audits.
* Develop reports and dashboards for senior management and regulators.
* Stay informed on new security threats, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

* A degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
* At least 5 years' experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including ISO 27001 and GDPR.
* Experience managing risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confidence in preparing and presenting reports for management.
* CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certifications are beneficial.
