Job Title: Setting-out Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Setting-out Engineer to join our team on multiple housing developments in East Cork. As a key member of the construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
Your primary duties will include setting out and checking works as required, maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel, and complying with safety regulations on all equipment and health and safety regulations of the site.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Engineering or related discipline
* Minimum of 2 years' post-grad experience with main contractor
* Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
* Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
* Excellent IT Skills
* Strong organisational & communication skills
