What We're Looking For
* 2–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
* Proven success in delivering targets, managing client relationships, or growing business portfolios.
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Ambition, resilience, and a drive to excel in a performance-based environment.
* A growth mindset focused on learning and always getting better
* Team player – key to Realtime's success
* People who can work on a hybrid basis in our office in Sandyford, Dublin
