The Site Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, overseeing accounts payable, project communications, and document control.
* Coordinate site administration tasks with primary focus on accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage project communications, liaise with stakeholders and community groups to facilitate effective collaboration.
* Assist with quality and safety audits, review and update training matrices, and arrange training sessions as needed.
* Procure materials to support site operations, guaranteeing the team has necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
* Address supplier and sub-contractor queries in a timely manner.
