Job Summary: BrookLodge Macreddin Village is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Service Crew Member to join our team.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
Take orders, process payments, and operate the till efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to licensing laws.
Provide recommendations and upsell drinks and promotions where appropriate.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in bar service and hospitality role is compulsory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
