Campus ManagerLocation: On-site – Dublin, IRLThis role supports the management of a campus within JLL’s Property Management portfolio. The ideal candidate is a building or facilities manager with at least three years of experience in a commercial property management environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCampus:Effectively manage the campus within the agreed budget.Coordinate planned and reactive works by engaging contractors through the purchase order system.Review completed works and approve invoices via Yardi Property Management System.Collaborate with senior team members to prepare annual budgets.Review expenditure on a quarterly and annual basis in partnership with senior team members.Communicate regularly with tenants regarding general operations within the campus.Evaluate, negotiate, and disclose works to contractors for service contracts related to the campus.Prepare comprehensive reports on property conditions for clients and senior team members.Manage planned preventative maintenance programs and maintain asset registers.Implement and oversee Health and Safety and Insurance requirements.Communicate with insurance brokers to address inquiries.Conduct regular on-site visits and document property inspections.Implement and manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.Upload key data for managed properties to a selected ESG platform.Buildings:Conduct weekly internal meetings with on-site staff.Train Building Managers on site to assist in day-to-day operations, including purchase order preparation, invoice approvals, and budget preparation and analysis.Supervise and support the on-site team in evaluating, negotiating, and disclosing works to contractors for service contracts within the buildings.Support the team in preparing detailed reports on property conditions for clients and senior team members.Oversee planned preventative maintenance programs and maintain asset registers.Support the team in implementing and managing Health and Safety and Insurance requirements.Provide progress updates on staff training at the site.Person SpecificationProperty or Facility Management qualification is required.Technical knowledge or experience in Facilities Management is essential.Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.Can-do attitude and ability to function well as a team player.Excellent IT and organisational skills.Demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.Proficiency in managing tasks and handling multiple deadlines.Equal Opportunity StatementJLL is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
