Job Description:
Opportunity for Human Resources Administrator
This role provides dedicated HR support to client sites in Cork, ensuring smooth delivery of all HR processes and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on employment matters in line with legislation and company policy.
* Process employee data changes, including contract updates (hours, roster, reporting lines, etc.) within HR system.
* Support HRBPs with Employee Relations cases (investigations, minute taking, invite letters, meeting scheduling).
* Manage retirement processes, discussions, and offboarding.
* Process invoices through Workday, including creating POs for suppliers.
* Assist with performance and objective-setting process and personal development planning through HRIS system (Workday).
* Help design and implement improvements to policies, procedures, and standard documentation.
* Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including new starter calls and exit interviews.
* Follow up on probation reviews, assisting managers with extensions if needed.
* Provide recruitment support (references, interview coordination) to ensure a smooth resourcing process.
* Organize occupational health medicals.
* Maintain and update the HRIS system (Workday).
* Support attendance management processes.
* Handle general administration and ad-hoc HR/project tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Level 8 qualification in HRM or Business Studies (HRM focus)
* 12 years in a graduate or HR admin role
* Proficiency in MS Suite / Google Suite; Workday experience is a plus
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
