Job Description
As the Head of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our business, including scheduling, stores, logistics, and field technicians. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services while supporting continued growth through organic expansion and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the business.
* Strategic Implementation: Work closely with senior leadership to support the execution of our strategic growth plans.
* Resource Management: Ensure the effective deployment of technicians and resources across the island of Ireland to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
* Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
* Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials.
* Workforce Management: Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and compliance.
* Customer Service & Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective operational execution.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an operational leadership role within a service-based business, with strong background in managing field-based teams and logistics. They should be able to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, with excellent people management skills and experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
