In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality capital equipment where you will collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams. Key Roles Builds Capital Equipment product by following all processes in which certified (most current revision) and completing other assigned work while meeting production goals and metrics. Maintenance of equipment and electrical assembly of equipment. Responsible for quality and 100% adherence to manufacturing process requirements, Proactively identifies and communicates quality issues and concerns. Conduct failure analysis on electronic and production test systems to identify the root cause at the component level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and improve production test system performance while reducing production fallout. Operates, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, and maintains equipment and systems for use in manufacturing. Performs set-up, testing, repair, inspection, and/or maintenance of equipment, materials, systems, and/or products on the production floor. Work with quality, manufacturing engineering and operations, providing improvement feedback and assisting with resolution of quality and manufacturing issues. Qualifications Minimum Level 6 technical qualification in electrical or electronic engineering or any related discipline Experience with electrical troubleshooting, repair, equipment build, schematics, failure analysis would be an advantage. 2+ years of relevant industry experience. medical device/pharma would be advantageous.
