Business Development Leader
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth across Corporate Life & Pensions.
* Lead and manage a team of Distribution Managers to deliver commercial goals.

* Understand client and distributor needs and challenges to drive value.
* Influence internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of service excellence.
* Contribute to and execute strategic plans for business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in corporate pensions or financial services.
* Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
* In-depth knowledge of pensions, legislation, governance, and investment products.
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IIPM, LIA, or third-level degree).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
