We are recruiting a Senior Associate for our Aviation & Asset Finance team, which sits within our Financial Services department.
The Role We are currently recruiting at Senior Associate level (4+ years PQE) in our highly regarded Aviation and Asset Finance team.
The successful candidate will work with a market leading team who provide award winning advice on aviation financing transactions from cross-border structuring and regulation to alternative funding and joint ventures.
The team also advise on contentious issues such as bankruptcy and insolvency. Candidate Requirements 4+ years PQE with an interest in asset finance and aviation regulation / banking and capital markets / corporate law.
Ideally, you will be familiar with common aviation financing structures as well as aircraft sale and purchase and leasing considerations.
Detail oriented with excellent transaction management skills.
Strong track record within Aviation or related practice area.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong IT skills.
