* Stay informed about insurance products and market trends.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and development.What we're looking for:* A keen interest in insurance and a desire to complete the CIP qualification (exam support provided).
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
