Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Relief Chef to join our team in Limerick and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality catering services in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* To prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines
* To ensure all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced as per manufacturers instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations
* To provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of residents and staff
* To maintain up-to-date knowledge of HACCP Level 2 and Manual Handling qualifications (training will be provided)
Requirements:
1. A minimum level 6 Chef qualification or equivalent experience required. Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions required.
