We're Hiring: Retail Sales AssistantGlynns Home & Hardware are currently looking to hire a Sales Assistant to join our busy team in our Tuam Town Store.As a Sales Assistant you will work at the till, maintain a clean store and well stocked shelves along with supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations.We are open to hiring full time or part time employees.Your Role:Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases.Answering the phones when required.Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.Adhering to store policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and maintaining a welcoming store environment.Your Nature:A passion for retail and excellent customer service skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A strong aspiration to put in effort and advance to higher positions within the company.Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday (we are open to hiring part time or full time employees).Previous experience in a sales or retail environment (preferred but not essential).Please note: This job is not suitable for secondary level students.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €27,378.00-€29,406.00 per yearExpected hours: 15 – 39 per weekWork Location: In person
