The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department, developing team members, ensuring high-level guest satisfaction, and managing billing and revenue performance.


Main Responsibilities:

* Oversight of day-to-day operations in the Front Office Department
* Development and training of the Front Office Team
* Guest satisfaction through professional service
* Management of guest billing and revenue


Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar role
* Background in 5-star luxury environment (advantageous)
* Motivational leader with excellent communication skills
* Passion for customer service
