Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical and IP networks.
* Manage and optimize network hardware to maintain performance, capacity, and reliability.
* Perform daily troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments, resolving software and hardware issues.
* Address network traffic anomalies and respond to inquiries from cross-functional teams (XFNs) and partners.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to promptly resolve network-related problems.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
