Overview
Role Overview: We are looking for both Junior Welders and Senior Welders to join our automotive division. Whether you are just starting your welding career or are an experienced professional ready to lead projects, this is an opportunity to work on exciting vehicle builds, repairs, and restorations in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Junior Welders: Perform welding under supervision. Assist with fabrication of automotive parts, frames, and panels. Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and measuring instruments. Follow technical drawings and work instructions. Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards. Learn from and support senior welders.
* Senior Welders: Perform advanced welding on frames, panels, and structural components. Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications. Fabricate and repair custom automotive parts to high precision. Inspect and ensure weld quality meets industry standards. Mentor and train junior welders and apprentices. Collaborate with engineers and project managers on custom builds. Lead by example in safety and workmanship.
Qualifications
* Junior Welders: Basic welding knowledge. Relevant training, certification, or apprenticeship is an advantage. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and safety-focused.
* Senior Welders: 2+ years’ experience in automotive or metal fabrication welding. Advanced proficiency welding. Strong knowledge of metals, fabrication techniques, and automotive structures. Ability to mentor and supervise junior welders. Welding certifications are desirable.
