Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership:
o Provide guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, ensuring seamless project execution and technical excellence.
o Implement and enforce company engineering standards and best practices for efficiency and quality.
o Monitor team performance and provide opportunities for growth and professional development.
* Solution Development:
o Review, validate, and approve automation system designs, control system architectures, and programming deliverables.
o Evaluate solutions for compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
o Offer technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and procurement to align technical deliverables with project schedules and budgets.
o Coordinate with clients, consultants, and technology partners to resolve technical challenges and ensure system compatibility.
* Compliance and Quality:
o Ensure all system designs meet client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), and provide support during commissioning.
