Project Manager Role
Job Description:
Seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee residential development projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage on-site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site activities, including coordination of subcontractors and materials.
* Maintain and track project schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
* Enforce strict health and safety standards, conducting site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies.
* Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project progress.
* Lead and support the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent industry experience will be considered.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in site or project management is essential, along with strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and site operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, as well as proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Proficiency with construction management tools, such as Procore or Primavera, is advantageous.
