Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leisure Centre Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that all areas are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Leisure Club Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a proven track record in leading teams. If you have excellent communication and leadership skills, and are able to work well under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager
* Knowledge and experience using Fitness Club CRM software
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor (desirable)
* Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (desirable)
* Certified in Occupational First Aid (preferred)
* Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (certificate must be up to date) (desirable)
