Job Description
Role: Chef de Partie required for busy Bar & Restaurant operation.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie experience in a busy, quality‑driven operation. Excellent verbal and written English. The working week will consist of 5 days between Monday‑Sunday so midweek and weekend work will be required. Full‑time position 39 hours / week.
Duties:
Prepare meals for all regular business and special occasions e.g., functions, and ensure timely service of all orders.
Prepare a variety of meals, including Bar Restaurant Food, Grills, Burgers, Steaks, etc.
Ensure high standards in stock control, portion control and minimizing food wastage.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety guidelines and legislation.
Support Head Chef in ensuring smooth running of the kitchen and Duty Manage shifts as needed.
Record all operational data as required.
Be aware of, and adhere to, all Health and Safety, HACCP, fire safety and security procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisation skills and the ability to work well within a team.
