Key Account Sales Professional
This role focuses on growing sales within the personal and commercial lines of a business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with the brand manager and sales team to achieve targets.
About the Role:
* Achieve targets by prospecting, upselling our product range, and setting up new client accounts.
* Deal with customer queries and refer unresolved or technical issues to the relevant department.
* Maintain industry qualifications and complete necessary CPD hours.
* Be flexible and participate in various office tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales, excellent customer service skills, APA or CIP qualification, CPD in line with minimum competency requirements.
