Job Title: Training LeadAbout the Role:The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid a competitive hourly rate. They will work 35 hours per week and accrue 30 days' annual leave per year.Purpose of the Role:The purpose of this role is to lead the planning, development, and delivery of training and learning services for the effective implementation of the upgraded system.Main Responsibilities:* Training Strategy & Leadership: Lead the Learning Strategy Assessment (LSA) and contribute to the organisational change campaign. Develop and oversee the Learning Plan, including Training needs analysis, Resource planning, Scheduling and tracking. Manage the training team, including trainer scheduling, performance, and development. Ensure a sustainable training model is in place for ongoing training and optimisation.* Learning Design & Delivery: Oversee the design, development, and localisation of training materials, including eLearning modules, Microlearning content, Job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), and workflow lab guides. Deliver and manage Train-the-Trainer programmes and materials localisation workshops. Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track participation and performance.* Digital Learning & Innovation: Champion the use of digital learning tools and microlearning strategies to support just-in-time learning. Develop online tutorials, interactive simulations, and performance support tools.* Governance, Quality & Reporting: Ensure quality control and governance of all training programmes. Monitor training effectiveness and user readiness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to support continuous improvement.Requirements:
