Night Time FAB AgentLocation:Dundalk Head OfficeRole Purpose:To provide a friendly and efficient phone service to all BOYLE Sports customers.Key Responsibilities (Main Duties):• Provide a friendly and efficient bet placement service to BOYLE Sports customers• Provide support & assistance to online customers during working hours• Process all customer requests that require additional administration duties and meet organisational Objectives• Play a critical role in the delivery of the organisations objective of being customer service focused• Provide frontline support to all of our customers both internally & externally• Provide support to marketing campaignsPerformance Measurements:• Meet and exceed performance standards set out in the call monitoring process• Demonstrate commitment through punctuality and attendance Training:• Undertake to learn new skills and knowledge as your job requires• Take an interest in sporting eventsBOYLE Sports Call Centre agents must have:• Excellent telephone manner• An ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm with BOYLE Sports customers• Aptitude to deliver a customer focused service• Enthusiasm and self-motivated• A logical and accurate approach to work and the ability to learn new skills quickly• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• PC skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are desirable but not mandatory
