What you'll do:
As a HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will
Lead strategic recruitment and retention initiatives in line with business needs
Work closely with Operations to forecast workforce needs and fill critical roles
Deliver hands-on HR support across employee relations, onboarding, and policy advice
Act as the main point of contact for managers and employees in your business area
Improve and implement HR processes to support a scalable and agile workforce

Ability to lead high-volume recruitment and meet tight delivery timelines
