Role: Bar Supervisor at The Metropole Hotel
Primary responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional level of food & beverage service to every guest.
Ensure the bar is prepared and in optimal condition for guests by conducting regular checks.
Train bar staff in bar operations and health & safety standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
Manage inventory and stock levels carefully.
Maintain good working relationships with all departments within the company group.
Communicate effectively with management and work collaboratively as a team.
Requirements:
At least one year of supervisory experience in a similar sized property.
Extensive experience in food and beverage service.
Excellent leadership skills.
Passion for delivering high levels of service and leading a team by example.
Strong team‑building and coaching abilities.
