Job Title: Senior Corporate Legal Counsel
We are seeking an experienced and skilled corporate attorney to join our team as a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel. This is a challenging role that requires strong legal expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to our business teams across Northern and Eastern Europe. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents such as supply contracts, sales contracts, distribution agreements etc. Additionally the candidate will provide support in analyzing claims and managing pending cases.
This role also involves collaborating with external lawyers where necessary.
In this position you would report directly to General counsel EMEA & ANZ region.
