We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team in Castlewellan. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support on key projects, collating documents and reports, ensuring compliance and providing a main point of contact for various departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing internal systems to ensure all project documents are filed correctly, client accounts are regularly updated, and records are maintained.
* Assisting with the preparation of site files and manuals, ensuring all necessary documentation is correct and accounted for.
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and sub-contractors.
* Working closely with sub-contractors to confirm time sheets and answer general queries.
* Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. They will pride themselves on their ability to coordinate effectively and possess excellent organisational skills.
Strong IT skills are essential for this role, and construction industry experience is desirable. The package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £28,000-£32,000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, and on-site parking available.
