Albert Bow is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech company building innovative solutions that scale complex processes while keeping the human touch.
We're looking for hands-on Product Engineers at both Senior (€140k) and Staff (€170k) levels to work across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
You'll architect and deploy production-ready systems, mentor teammates, influence product direction, and tackle technical challenges that directly impact customers.
What You'll Do
Build and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions across full-stack and AI systems
Iterate based on real-world feedback to improve outcomes and performance
Design interactive simulations and customer-facing applications
Own end-to-end product areas, set technical standards, and mentor engineers
Collaborate closely with product, design, and GTM teams to deliver meaningful impact
What We're Looking For
Senior: 4+ years experience; Staff: significant technical leadership experience
Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in full-stack development and AI integrations
Comfortable shaping architecture, tooling, and product direction
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love seeing direct impact on users
