EHS Lead
to be based in
Dublin City Centre.
About your new job as an EHS Lead job;
* Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System across assigned projects.
* Foster a strong health and safety culture on-site by collaborating with site management, contractors, and workers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Partner with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and devise effective solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and evolving safety regulations.
What skill/experience you need for this EHS Lead job;
* Degree or Diploma in Health and Safety.
* Professional certifications such as
NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
.
* A minimum of
10 years
of relevant industry experience.
* Previous experience in
construction
(preferably in Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, or Commercial sectors).
* Proven track record as a
Health and Safety Lead
within the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities.

* Full Clean Drivers Licence
