Key Responsibilities:
* Filing and reporting
* Managing posts and couriers

* Stock control
* Maintaining a welcoming reception area

About You:
You should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within professional services. Proficiency in MS Suite is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to work independently, multitask, and provide effective solutions to customer queries and complaints.
