Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at the Boots-opticians store in Newbridge Whitewater Shopping Centre, Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain valuable experience in retail or start their career with us. As a Customer Assistant, you will be working onsite and reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager.

You will have various responsibilities, including:

* Providing exceptional customer service by listening to customers, answering questions, and offering advice on our products.
* Helping customers find what they need by knowing our in-store offers and schemes and promoting them effectively.
* Maintaining a smooth-running store by ensuring products are displayed correctly, providing great service on our tills, and helping with stock in the stock rooms.
* Working collaboratively with the team to provide a fantastic shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable, and making sure everyone is proud of the store.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and listening skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and know that the little things make a big difference in customer interactions. You should also be able to work at pace in a varied environment.

* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service (not essential).
