The Role: Front of House Team Member
As a Front of House team member, you will work as part of our Experience Team, responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service to all TRIB3 members and guests. This includes:
* Welcoming, checking in, and assisting our TRIB3Rs
* Selling retail items, session credits, and memberships
* Participating in team meetings and studio events
Key Responsibilities
Studio Experience
* Greet, assist, and check in TRIB3Rs and guests to ensure they receive a next-level experience.
* Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service—in person, over the phone, and via email.
Selling the TRIB3 Experience
* Communicate with TRIB3Rs to promote and sell:
* SWEAT Bands
* Accessories
* Session credits
* Monthly memberships
* Drive sales to meet targets set by the Studio Manager or Assistant Studio Manager.
Studio Operations
* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while on shift.
* Ensure the studio always looks and feels next-level.
Representing TRIB3 Brand Values
* Embody and promote TRIB3's core values to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for health and fitness (experience with TRIB3 workouts is a plus)
* Can build strong relationships and connect with people from all walks of life
* Is a team player with excellent communication skills
* Is hardworking, organised, and ambitious
Must be available for at least three different 6am-11am or 4-8pm shifts Monday-Friday per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.15 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
