Nightingale Nursing Home is seeking a full or part-time cook to join our team. Just like at home, the kitchen is central to the daily life of the nursing home and the cook plays a very important role. The ideal person will be a good home cook providing nutritious meals for our residents. We operate a 3 week rolling menu which includes staples like casseroles, stews, roasts.

* They will be aware of Food Hygiene Practices and/or HACCP.
* They will be committed to undertaking training as necessary.
* They will be able to work as part of the wider Nightingale Team and on their own initiative.
* They will be responsive to the changes needs of our residents.
* Applicants must be resident in Ireland and willing to attend a face-to-face interview in the nursing home.
